1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Propty platform at propty.pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Propty provides a cloud-based property management platform that enables landlords, letting agents, and property managers to manage their rental properties, tenants, compliance obligations, and finances.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Propty only for lawful purposes related to property management. You must not use the platform to store or process data in violation of applicable laws, including the Data Protection Act 2018 and UK GDPR.

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Propty platform. We do not claim ownership of your property data, tenant data, or financial records. You grant us a licence to process this data solely to provide the service.

6. Subscription and Payments

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

7. Service Availability

We aim to maintain 99.9% uptime for the Propty platform. We will provide reasonable notice of any planned maintenance. We are not liable for temporary service disruptions beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

Propty is a management tool and does not provide legal, tax, or compliance advice. While we provide features to help track compliance obligations, you remain solely responsible for ensuring you meet all legal requirements as a landlord or letting agent.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, you may export your data for up to 30 days. After that period, your data will be permanently deleted.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
